MR OLASUPO ATI-JOHN,FBR

Olasupo Ati-John attended the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos where he passed the Bar Part II qualifying Exams and was formally admitted into Nigerian Bar, in 1991. He is a member of several professional bodies in Nigeria. In 2002, he was admitted to the membership of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), Member, Membership Sub Committee BRIPAN (2004), Council Member from 2011 - 2017, he is currently a Fellow of the Association. He is a certified mediator (CEDR Accredited), also a member of the panel of neutrals at the Lagos Multi-door courthouse. In 2010, he was appointed to represent the NBA President to present a paper at the regional AU Summit on the ‘Legal Implications and the Socio-economic effect of the multifaceted Jos Crisis’ in Banjul, Gambia. He was a co-opted member of the National Executive Committee of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) from 2010 - 2012 and also 2016 – 2018, Olasupo Ati-john also served as the Secretary of the NBA Section on Public Interest and Development Law (SPIDEL) between 2011 - 2015. He also served as a member of the NBA Anti-corruption committee between the years 2016 – 2018. He is a distinguished member of the Capital Market Solicitors Association, as well as, a Board Member of the Polish-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he is a member of various social clubs inclusive of the prestigious Ikoyi Club and was appointed a member of the security subcommittee in the 2005/2006 club year. Olasupo Ati-John is actively involved in debt recovery, insolvency and winding up matters, Criminal and Civil Litigation, Corporate Practice, Real Estate practice etc… Olasupo Ati-John is an extremely focused and result oriented individual, strongly motivated by the desire to deliver excellent service. Nkeonyenasoa Enebeli Taiya

Mrs. Nkeonyenasoa Enebeli Taiya is the Head of Chambers. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Benin in 2003 and in 2006 she qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She has gained vast experience in all areas of dispute resolution as she is a certified Associate Charted Arbitrator of the Institute of Charted Arbitrators Nigeria (ACiarb) and a Notary Public. He is a graduate of Ebonyi State University wherein he obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours (LL. B Hons) in 2009.
